This program is designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels who want to improve overall athletic performance in a structured, high-energy training environment.

Program Format
Oakwood Speed & Agility Training offers flexible sessions throughout the week with no long-term commitment required.
Monday–Friday
Classes start on the hour from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, then restart from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Each class is 45 minutes.

Pricing
Monthly Subscription
$195/month
Includes unlimited sessions.
Drop-In / Walk-In Rate
$20 per session
Applies to single sessions.
Session Structure
Each 45-minute session includes:
Dynamic warm-up and mobility
Sprint mechanics and technique work
Agility drills, including change of direction and reaction training
Conditioning and competition-based drills
Cooldown and recovery
Sign-Up Options
Drop in anytime based on availability.
Sessions are first come, first served if they fill up.
