Little Ballers

Our Little Ballers program is specially designed for 4-year-olds to explore basketball in a joyful, safe, and supportive environment. At this age, the focus is on introducing basic movement skills and fostering a love for being active while gently exposing kids to basketball fundamentals.

  • Basic motor skill development: Activities that enhance coordination, balance, and body awareness — like running, jumping, and catching.
  • Intro to basketball movement: Simple dribbling with oversized, lightweight balls to build hand-eye coordination and control.
  • Passing and shooting basics: Using lower hoops and softer balls to encourage early success and excitement.
  • Listening and following directions: Engaging games that promote focus, patience, and understanding instructions.
  • Social skills and teamwork: Group activities that teach sharing, turn-taking, and playing cooperatively with peers.
  • Fun and play: Sessions filled with music, imaginative games, and positive reinforcement to keep kids smiling and excited.
Our caring coaches understand the unique needs of 4-year-olds and use age-appropriate language, pacing, and encouragement. The goal is to help every child build confidence, develop foundational skills, and fall in love with basketball in a way that feels natural and fun.

No prior experience or athletic skill is necessary — just bring energy and enthusiasm!
